We're looking for a Marketing Operations Strategist who wants to help create growth through data-driven strategy, smart marketing investments, and operational excellence. This person will work closely with leadership to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and ensure our marketing efforts produce measurable business results across multiple brands and markets.

- Where are our best leads coming from?
- Why is one market outperforming another?
- How can we improve lead quality while reducing cost?
- What does the data tell us we should do next?
- How can marketing create greater impact across the business?
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, lead performance, cost per lead, conversion trends, budgets, and ROI.
- Assist with annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor performance against goals and identify gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create and help execute marketing strategies that support company growth and lead generation.
- Work with leadership to create strategies for new markets, services, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
- Manage projects and ensure team members, agencies, and vendors meet expectations.
- Review performance data and create recommendations and action plans, not simply reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership to understand how marketing impacts the business.
- Help establish and maintain KPIs, scorecards, processes, budgets, and accountability systems.
- Build relationships with agency partners, media representatives, and vendors to improve performance and ROI.
- Identify and create new marketing and media partnerships as Cantey expands.
- Continuously improve lead quality, efficiency, and marketing performance.

- Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 based on experience
