As a Foreman in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders, learn high-
demand skills, and develop the ability to create permanent, high-quality solutions for
homeowners. Within 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Foreman role
and increase your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

 Assist crew leaders on residential foundation repair projects
 Learn how to create high-quality, long-lasting solutions for customers
 Work with tools and equipment designed for safety and efficiency
 Deliver a professional, positive experience on every job site
 Travel to job sites and gain exposure to a variety of projects
 Build the skills needed to lead your own crew
What You’ll Get

 $28/hour starting pay
 Production bonus after training (increase your earnings as you grow)

What We’re Looking For
 Experience in carpentry, framing, or construction
 Ability to perform physically demanding work
 Strong work ethic and reliability
 Good communication and customer service skills
 Leadership potential (or desire to grow into leadership)
 Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points For:
 Remodeling or structural repair experience
 Working under homes (beams, joists, subfloors)
